We take pride in offering great customer support for our products. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do, We will suppoty all product issues for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE, DAMAGE AND/OR CREDIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIVING SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE. MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE ON ALL GOODS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

  • ALL GOODS PURCHASED REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF FIRST PHASE DATA LIMITED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE.

  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE SEALED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • FIRST PHASE DATA WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNOPENED ITEMS WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE

RMA Policy

1. You MUST obtain an RMA number before returning your product to First Phase Data Ltd.

2. This online RMA process is for warranty of defective replacement/exchange/credit of product purchased from First Phase Data Ltd. Please indicated your choice on the form below.

3. Please verify all of the information you are submitting to ensure it is complete and correct. Any discrepancy(s) will delay your request and could cause your 
request to be denied.

4. All claims for warranty on items MUST be within 90 days of invoice, anything past this date will require further authorization.

5. To return goods that are no longer required, please contact us for authorization prior to sending them back @ 204-339-1796.
